If we have not dispatched your parcel yet, you can still cancel your order

(usually, but not always, the status will be at "Awaiting Fulfillment" or "Awaiting Shipment"). 

12% administration fees will be imposed upon the request of cancellation. This does not apply to items out of stock, in the case of which Queencontacts's will contact you for either an alternative item or full refund.
