How to Use Colored Contact Lenses

How to insert contact lenses?

First, you need to wash and dry your hands.
Pick up the lens, place it on your index finger. You can also use tweezers instead of finger. Make sure that the lens is exactly on the tip of the finger and it should look rounded.
Make sure that your eye area is dry.
Then, simply use right middle finger to pull down your lower eyelid and left hand to pull the upper eyelid.
Look straight into the mirror and gently place the contact lens in the center of your eye.
Now slowly remove your finger. Release your eyelids and blink, which helps the lens to get settled into the correct place.

How to remove contact lenses?

You need to wash and dry your hands.
Use hands to hold your eye open.
Now, use your index finger to move the lens towards the outer side of the eye.
Hold it between your index finger and thumb.
Lift out of your eye and place the lens in the palm.
Pour a little contact lens solution into the lens.
Use your fingertip to rub the lens for some seconds in the solution.
Place the lens in the contact lens case and close it tightly.
