How to insert contact lenses?




First, you need to wash and dry your hands.

Then, simply use right middle finger to pull down your lower eyelid and left hand to pull the upper eyelid.

How to remove contact lenses?




You need to wash and dry your hands.
Use hands to hold your eye open.
Now, use your index finger to move the lens towards the outer side of the eye.
Hold it between your index finger and thumb.
Lift out of your eye and place the lens in the palm.
Pour a little contact lens solution into the lens.
Use your fingertip to rub the lens for some seconds in the solution.
Place the lens in the contact lens case and close it tightly.
